Chewy Chocolate Cookies

Someone had hinted to me some time back that he loves cookies especially the soft chewy ones and that I have been baking for others but not him. Hence, I whipped up my lappy in search for a recipe to execute on.

Still on cakes made in November...

Got a slightly tricky order from a friend. A birthday cake with a fondant Hello Kitty design which will only be eaten 3 days later (as we couldn't work on the collection dates as we were busy during each others free time). You must be thinking what the hell I am blabbering about. 'Just put in the fridge lah!' -.-

Busy November...

I had been kinda busy lately. Hence, the lack of posts and updates as written on my FB page. As I am not working tomorrow, I better start updating this blog before all my readers get bored and stop reading it. Also, before all the backlog posts start to pile up.

Let's see...I shall start with my dearest friend's wedding... :) It was a mini wedding dinner where she ordered some mini cupcakes which were swept away in less than an hour or two I think. =x awesome eh? kekeke...

This is going to be a short update. Lately the decorated cookie madness had hit my kitchen. Day in day out it had been cookies here cookies there. Trays of cookies stacking up on the dining table which sort of created inconvenience to my family and I especially when it is time for our meals.
